Jonathan Lord MP was pleased to meet with County Councillor Rebecca Paul and local County Councillor Ayesha Azad in Sheerwater to discuss the enormous potential benefits from Surrey County Council’s recent £12m Levelling Up Fund bid for improving walking, cycling and facilities in the east of Woking.
Commenting on the bid, Jonathan said: “This is a really important Surrey County Council initiative and bid that would benefit residents in Sheerwater and the east of Woking. I’ve made very strong representations to Government in support of this terrific scheme.”
