The Department of Transport today launched The Holiday Makers – a summer-long programme of activities, events and challenges where we are inviting children and their parents to become more curious about the world about them. With events happening across the UK, fun activities and challenges to do at home, and the chance to win prizes by taking part in weekly challenges, The Holiday Makers is a chance for young people across the UK to get making, inventing and discovering the wonder of engineering.
