Today I met with Network Rail and Cllr Ayesha Azad to discuss the replacement of the St. John’s Footbridge.
It’s such an important issue for St John's and Hook Heath - we are pushing for a wider and more modern replacement and we need it in 2024.
Ayesha and I are working hard to encourage Network Rail to deliver this and I'm pleased Network Rail is listening.
I hope that many local residents can join the public Zoom on Tuesday 12th March, where engineers will be present to answer any and all questions.
