Jonathan Welcomes Community Champion to No.10

Jonathan was delighted to welcome Jon Allan, Chairman of the Friends of Woking Community Hospital (FWCH), to 10 Downing Street to mark FWCH’s fantastic work supporting Woking Community Hospital over the years, including the raising of over £1million for the hospital. 

Jonathan said that he was "very pleased to showcase Jon and the work of the Friends of Woking Community Hospital with the Prime Minister and also discuss the key benefits of the new diagnostic centre that will shortly be built at our Community Hospital. This state-of-the-art new centre will be be pivotal in improving NHS diagnostic times for local #Woking residents and will also save residents 30,000 diagnostic trips a year to hospitals somewhat further away, such as Ashford or St Peter’s"
